An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Production Technician to enhance plant performance through effective maintenance and troubleshooting. This position is typically non-shift, though some situations may require work outside normal hours. The Production Technician will perform mechanical, instrument, and electrical maintenance. See skill set listed below:
Education: Associate's Degree, High School diploma, Technical School, or related industrial experience.
Work Experience: 1-3 years in compressors, pumps, valves, expanders, and electrical testing equipment preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Basic computer skills, on-call availability, strong understanding of safety, air separation principles, equipment, electrical systems, troubleshooting skills, and analytical principles.
Frequent standing, movement, pushing, pulling, ascending/descending, and work in various positions. Occasional lifting (up to 30 lbs.), reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, and repetitive motions. Communication and coordination are frequent.
10% travel for scheduled training.
