ASU Plant Manager - Waverly, NE

The Air Separation PlantManager has overall responsibility for employee's and Production of cryogenicmaterials and pipeline gases at the site. These duties include Qualitycontrol, personnel and training issues, environmental compliance, equipmentmaintenance and accounting of plant costs.

Wage $0-$130K Annually

ESSENTIAL DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plantreliability and scheduling of operation.

LOCATION AND HOURSOF WORK

Typical hours forthis position are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at Matheson's AirSeparation Plant. This is a full-timeposition, does require some traveling.

SUPERVISORYRESPONSIBILITIES

Manages onesubordinate supervisor who supervises a total of 8-10 Plant Operators. Is responsible for the overall direction,coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with theorganization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities includeinterviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, anddirecting work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees;addressing complaints and resolving problems.
