Job summary

Nippon Sanso MATHESON seeks an ASU Plant Manager to lead cryogenic materials production and associated operations at the site. You will oversee safety, quality, training, environmental compliance, equipment maintenance, and cost accounting to drive performance.

Responsibilities include ensuring reliability, meeting budgets, directing personnel, coordinating maintenance, and supervising vendors while reporting to corporate plus coordinating with Bulk Logistics.

Qualifications

• Public speaking and effective presentation skills.
• Ability to schedule and manage plant personnel.
• Understanding of analytical principles for process control.
• On-call readiness for personnel, equipment, and customer issues.
• Knowledge of general accounting techniques relevant to plant costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant reliability and scheduling of operation.
• Meet production, efficiency, quality and budget targets.
• Handle personnel hiring, training and discipline.
• Coordinate maintenance and work scheduling for plant staff.
• Manage local plant costs and reporting to corporate.
• Oversee distribution activities and vendor/contractor oversight.
• Ensure product release quality control and local customer relations.

Position Summary:

ASU Plant Manager - The Air Separation Plant Manager has overall responsibility for employees and production of cryogenic materials and pipeline gases at the site. These duties include quality control, personnel and training issues, environmental compliance, equipment maintenance and accounting of plant costs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plant reliability and scheduling of operation.
• Achieve all production, efficiency, quality and budgetary targets.
• All Personnel hiring, training and discipline.
• Coordination of all plant maintenance.
• Coordination of plant personnel work scheduling.
• Payment of plant cost incurred at a local level.
• Coordination of and local oversight of Distribution activities.
• Product release quality control.
• Bulk product customer relations at the local level.
• Plant reports to Corporate.
• Coordinate all activities with Bulk Logistics.
• Qualify and supervise vendors and contractors.
• Assist department head with data and budgetary preparations and presentations.
• Other duties may be assigned
