Job summary

Nippon Sanso Matheson, Inc. in Middletown, OH, is seeking an ASU Plant Manager to oversee cryogenic materials production, safety, quality, and cost control at the site.

You will lead personnel, ensure FDA/OSHA/ISO compliance, coordinate maintenance and distribution, and support sales while reporting to Corporate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant reliability, scheduling, and operation to meet targets.
• Ensure safety, quality, FDA/OSHA/ISO compliance, and budget adherence.
• Hire, train, and discipline plant staff; coordinate maintenance and distribution.
• Prepare budgets and cost analyses; present data to leadership.
• Support sales staff and coordinate with Bulk Logistics.

JOB TITLE – ASU Plant Manager - Salary range $125,000-$150.000

The Air Separation PlantManager has overall responsibility for employee's and Production of cryogenicmaterials and pipeline gases at the site. These duties includeQuality control (FDA compliance, Food Safety compliance), Safety (OSHAcompliance, ISO compliance, and Environmental compliance), Managing personnel(Scheduling work hours, and training), Equipment maintenance (schedulingmaintenance, MOC management, Capital Request management) and Accounting of plantcosts.

Essential Functions

• Plant reliability and scheduling ofoperation.
• Achieve all production, efficiency,quality and budgetary targets.
• All Personnel hiring, training anddiscipline.
• Coordination of all plantmaintenance.
• Coordination of plant personnel workscheduling.
• Payment of plant cost incurred at alocal level.
• Coordination of and local oversightof Distribution activities.
• Product release quality control.
• Bulk product customer relations atthe local level.
• Plant reports to Corporate.
• Support sales staff.
• Coordinate all activities with BulkLogistics.
• Qualify and supervise vendors andcontractors.
• Assist department head with data andbudgetary preparations and presentations.
• Public speaking
• Presentation preparation.
