Kleinfelder's Los Angeles Area is seeking an Environmental Professional to support client needs and oversee AST/UST compliance for local transportation infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will perform field and desktop tasks, lead programmatic compliance efforts, and provide technical quality oversight of AST/UST systems. A Bachelor's degree and 4–8 years of relevant experience are required, with STI SP-001 certification and California regulatory knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 4-8 years of directly related technical experience.
• STI SP-001 Aboveground Tank System Inspector Certification required.
• Experience with CUPA, SCAQMD, CARB, and Water Board.
• Ability to act as Designated Operator and deliver training as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead programmatic compliance projects.
• Perform field and desktop tasks (technical and non-technical) and independent analysis.
• Provide technical quality oversight related to AST and UST systems.
• Develop accurate and complete documentation to support facility compliance.
• Support with other environmental tasks, as requested.
