Kleinfelder's Environmental team in downtown Los Angeles is seeking a Construction Environmental Project Manager to oversee multi-disciplinary environmental compliance on transportation and municipal contracts.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of construction compliance experience and a degree in engineering or environmental science.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related construction compliance experience.
• 3–4 years of increasing project management experience on environmental construction projects.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field; advanced degree(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing environmental project tasks for construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Developing cost proposals, work plans, and execution strategies.
• Providing technical support to field staff and overseeing subcontractors and third parties.
• Preparing technical reports and ensuring QA/QC of project documents in line with client and regulatory requirements.
• Communicating with clients and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.
