Job summary

Corrigan Krause Harrison Harsar CPAS LLC in Ohio is seeking experienced auditors to join a growing team. You will lead engagements, supervise staff, and deliver high-quality audits for diverse clients.

The role requires a CPA or candidate with 4+ years in public accounting, strong communication, and proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage or SAP. A hybrid work schedule and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
• CPA or CPA candidate, EA also acceptable.
• 4+ years of experience in public accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and software including QuickBooks, Sage or SAP.
• Strong communication with confidentiality towards employees and stakeholders.
• Ability to pass a background check and work flexible hours.

Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Plan, supervise, and complete routine engagements, including reviewing engagement work papers, resolving problems, and keeping the director informed of all important developments
• Supervise Associates and Senior Associates, provide feedback to them and evaluate their career development
• Become experts in their assigned areas and specialties
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues that arise and recognize opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients
• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to management and clients
• Stay up-to-date with changes in auditing standards and regulations, and ensure that audit processes are in compliance with these changes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s Degree preferred
• CPA or CPA candidate, EA also acceptable
• 4+ years of experience in public accounting
• Efficiency in Microsoft Suite products and software including QuickBooks, Sage or SAP
• Skilled communicator, both verbally and written, ensuring confidentiality with Corrigan Krause employees and stakeholders
• Ability to take and pass a background check
• Work flexible hours as needed
