Cohen & Co in Detroit is seeking motivated accounting graduates for our staff-level opportunities. You’ll gain hands-on audit experience, participate in client work, and receive comprehensive training in the Great People First culture.

Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting; GPA 3.0+ preferred; pursuing CPA credit hours. We offer a base range of $60k-$85k, with our Total Rewards package and ongoing development opportunities.

Estimated Base Range: $60,000 - $85,000

*Base compensation offered to candidates are determined based on factors such as candidate’s relevant skillset, experience, licensure, and certifications, as well as job responsibilities, geography, market considerations, and organizational needs.
