Job summary

Yeo & Yeo CPAs & Business Consultants is seeking Staff Accountants to join the Assurance service line. You will learn and apply technical accounting skills as part of a team, under coaching, and contribute to audits with supervision.

Developing CPA exam progress and a career in public accounting is encouraged, with opportunities for growth and learning across services and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting or related curriculum; 150 credit hours preferred.
• Aspiring CPA pursuing public accounting career.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply technical accounting skills within a team with coaching.
• Perform audit tasks with supervision and complete tasks accurately.
• Set up lead sheets and new work papers; select samples for testing.
• Contribute to small audits with minimal review notes.
• Meet deadlines and manage assigned budgets.
