We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our Oil & Gas Assurance practice, able to sit in a number of our offices. We seek someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.

What Work You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Planning audit objectives and determining audit strategy collaboratively.
  • Leading multiple audit engagements and managing competing priorities.
  • Reviewing, examining, and analyzing accounting records, financial statements, and reports for accuracy and conformance to standards.
  • Maintaining active communication with clients to manage expectations and lead change effectively.
  • Managing firm risk on audits and proposals.
  • Supervising, training, and mentoring staff during engagements.
  • Assessing staff performance for engagement evaluations.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience.
  • Experience with oil & gas clients.
  • CPA certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience.

Salary ranges vary by location, with Minnesota and Illinois offering $100,000–$180,000, and NYC and California between $120,000–$200,000, based on experience and other factors.
