CohnReznick in Boston is seeking an Assurance Senior Associate to lead audit engagements for private equity and other funds. You will serve as engagement lead on specific client accounts, oversee pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables, and develop detailed engagement work plans.

You will illustrate budgets and schedules, participate in proposals, and manage a team of staff associates, including interns, providing regular coaching and feedback.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting required; CPA designation or the ability to sit for the CPA exam(s).
• 3+ years' experience in a public accounting firm required.
• Knowledge of audit software ProSystem Fx a plus.
• Exceptional organizational, communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills.

YOUR TEAM

This person will support our Financial Services team, you'll work with some of the nation's leading private equity, venture capital, hedge, real estate, cannabis, private credit, and other alternative investment funds. You'll gain valuable knowledge of the capital markets ecosystem and use it to deliver the comprehensive transaction, fund, and portfolio company audit, tax, and value creation solutions. YOUR ROLE

Salary and Benefits

In Boston, the salary range for a Assurance Senior Associate is $85,000 to $120,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. Salary is one component of the CohnReznick total rewards package, which includes a discretionary performance bonus, generous paid time off, expanded and inclusive parental benefits, to name a few.
