Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) seeks an Audit Senior in Minneapolis to plan, lead, and execute Assurance engagements with strong client service. You will work closely with clients, prepare financial statements, assess internal controls, and guide team members to deliver high-quality audits.

Required: Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 2 years of audit experience; CPA exam eligibility preferred. The wage range reflects Minnesota compensation structures and CLA’s commitment to growth.

Qualifications

• Eligible to sit for CPA exam preferred.
• 2 years of relevant audit experience required.

How you’ll create opportunities in this Audit Senior role:

• Plan, lead, and execute Assurance engagements to provide excellent client service.
• Working closely with clients and decision makers while performing a wide range of assurance procedures.
• Preparing all necessary financial statement and related disclosures and reportable condition correspondence letters
• Assessing the design and implementation of internal controls
• Schedule, delegate, and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Collaborate with managers/principals to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
• Get the opportunity to work with many great clients.
• Develop and maintain effective client relationships.

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Eligible to sit for CPA exam preferred.
• 2 years of relevant audit experience required.

The compensation range for this position in Minnesota is: $71,000.00 - $124,000.00
