Job summary

CLA is seeking an Audit Senior to join our Minneapolis office, with optional locations in Alexandria, Austin, Brainerd, Mankato, Monticello, New Ulm, Owatonna, Rochester or St. Cloud.

You will plan, lead, and execute assurance engagements, work closely with clients and decision makers, and prepare financial statements and disclosures. You will assess internal controls and mentor team members, building careers while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant audit experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA exam eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute Assurance engagements to provide excellent client service.
• Work closely with clients and decision makers while performing a wide range of assurance procedures.
• Prepare all necessary financial statements and related disclosures and reportable condition correspondence letters.
• Assess the design and implementation of internal controls.
• Schedule, delegate, and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Collaborate with managers/principals to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
• Get the opportunity to work with many great clients.
• Develop and maintain effective client relationships.

How you’ll create opportunities in this Audit Senior role

What You Will Need

The compensation range for this position in Minnesota is: $71,000.00 - $124,000.00
