We are seeking an Assurance Manager to join the Real Estate Assurance practice, able to sit in a number of our offices. We are looking for someone who thrives in a growing environment and can provide clients with exceptional services.

What You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Collaborate to plan audit objectives and determine an audit strategy.
  • Lead multiple audit engagements and manage competing priorities.
  • Review and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other reports for accuracy and conformance to standards.
  • Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations and lead change efforts.
  • Understand and manage firm risk on audits and proposals.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor staff during engagements.
  • Assess staff performance for engagement evaluations.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience.
  • CPA certification.
  • Experience with real estate clients.
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of supervisory experience.

Salary Range: For Minnesota, $112,000 - $121,000 USD annually; for NYC and California, $85,000 - $150,000 USD annually. Actual compensation depends on experience and market factors.
