CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) in Las Vegas is seeking an Assurance Director or Manager to support our growing Retail and Real Estate practice. The role emphasizes client relationships, leadership, and engagement management in a dynamic firm environment.

You will lead teams, monitor budgets and deadlines, and apply your expertise in financial statement audits and planning to deliver high-quality service to clients in the Las Vegas market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• CPA license certification is required.
• Minimum of 6 years of public accounting experience with emphasis in financial statement preparation and audits.
• Experience leading teams of high-performing people.
• Retail and Real Estate experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with great clients.
• Assist clients in obtaining necessary funding to continue to positively impact their community.
• Assist clients with meeting their audit and financial planning objectives by using a range of tools.
• Be creative with staff development, mentoring, and overseeing client engagement teams.
• Lead the engagement progress by monitoring time budgets and deadlines for adherence and communicate findings to the engagement principal.

What You Will Need
