CLA is seeking an Assurance Director/Manager to join our growing Non-Profit practice. You will lead client engagements, advance audit and financial planning objectives, and mentor engagement teams while managing budgets and deadlines.

Required CPA certification with at least 6 years in public accounting, emphasis on financial statements and audits, and experience leading teams. California compensation range noted.

• You have a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• You have a minimum of 6 years of public accounting experience with emphasis in financial statement preparation and audits.
• Experience leading teams of high performing people and managing governmental audits and Single audits strongly preferred
• CPA license certification is required.

The compensation range for this position in California is: $102,000.00 - $194,000.00
