As a leader, you will motivate, develop, and inspire your team, leveraging their strengths and managing performance to meet client expectations. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities for firm growth, leading with integrity, and embracing technology and innovation.
Skills: Analyze system components, own projects from planning to completion, partner with leadership, develop and mentor team members, address conflicts, uphold professional standards, and utilize technology effectively.
The Opportunity: Lead as a technology-enabled advisor in external audit, supervise and develop teams, manage client accounts, drive engagement workstreams, solve complex problems, and ensure adherence to U.S. GAAP, U.S. GAAS, and PCAOB standards. A CPA license and knowledge of digital tools are required.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, 5 years of experience, CPA license (or equivalent for international hires), and proficiency in relevant standards.
Preferred Qualifications: CPA in the work state, in-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP and GAAS, leadership skills, global perspective, automation proficiency, client management skills, and industry knowledge.
