Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking an Audit Manager to join the Commercial Services Audit practice in our Raleigh, NC office. You will lead multiple audit engagements, develop objectives, and partner with clients to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting, 5+ years of progressive audit experience, and CPA certification. Master's is a plus; supervisory skills are desired as you mentor staff and manage risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
• 5+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience.
• CPA certification.
• Experience with Life Science, Technology and Construction clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to plan audit objectives and determine an audit strategy.
• Lead multiple audit engagements and competing priorities.
• Review and examine accounting records, financial statements and reports for accuracy and conformance.
• Maintain active client communication to manage expectations and lead change efforts.
• Understand and manage firm risk on audits and proposals.
• Supervise, train and mentor staff during engagements.
• Assess performance of staff for engagement evaluations.

Work You Will be Responsible For:

Basic Qualifications:

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field 1+ year of supervisory experience
