Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking an Assurance Manager to join the Dallas office in a hybrid capacity. You will lead engagement teams for CHAMP industry clients, plan and deliver audits, and manage budgets and schedules while coaching staff. A CPA and 5+ years in public accounting are required.

Hybrid model combines remote work with in-office collaboration to serve clients effectively and foster professional growth within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in a public accounting firm.
• CHAMP SEC & PCAOB experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree required; CPA licensure required.
• Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of CaseWare or ProSystem FX audit software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts.
• Oversee pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables.
• Develop detailed engagement work plans and budgets.
• Participate in proposals and engagement scheduling.
• Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, with coaching.
• Maintain client relations with timely, clear communication and leadership.

This position will support our CHAMP (Consumer Hospitality Manufacturing Practice) Industry Group. YOUR ROLE.

• Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts
• Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables
• Develop detailed engagement work plans
• Prepare budgets and participate in engagement scheduling
• Actively participate in proposals
• Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedback
• Gain the respect and confidence of the CohnReznick team through effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear and concise direction and leadership

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

• 5+ years of work experience in another public accounting firmRetail/Consumer, Manufacturing & Distribution or Hospitality experience required.CHAMP SEC & PCAOB experience preferredBachelor's Degree requiredCPA licensure requiredStrong experience using Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of audit software such as CaseWare or ProSystem FX preferredExceptional organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills
