Position Overview

We are seeking an Assurance Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to middle‑market clients while leading engagement teams and contributing to the growth of the assurance practice. What You Will Do
  • Provide assurance and consulting services that positively impact client financial statements, profitability, and operations.
  • Engage proactively with clients throughout the year to understand business goals and challenges.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s or advanced degree preferred.
  • CPA required.
  • 5+ years of public accounting audit experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of supervisory, mentoring, or team leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead engagements, deliver outstanding client service, and manage multiple priorities.
