We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join the National Professional Standards Group's Curriculum Team as a manager of assurance curriculum content development. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about learning and development, has a strong understanding of the auditing profession, and is committed to creating high-quality educational content. The manager will be responsible for identifying training opportunities based upon needs from the field, inspection results, and emerging industry and regulatory trends, and work with technical audit and accounting leaders to bring engaging and informative learning experiences to life. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audit, training content development and strategic planning.
Location: This position can be based anywhere in the US, although cities with an RSM office are preferred.
