Job summary

Eide Bailly is seeking part-time Assurance Interns for Spring 2027 in our Irvine office. You’ll assist on client engagements, research business trends, and prepare accounting reports in a paperless environment.

Travel 10–40% and collaboration with experienced professionals will help you grow toward CPA licensure. Qualified candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, on track to sit for the CPA exam, and authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• You are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and are on track to sit for your CPA.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
• You are excited to work on audit engagements and serve clients across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Attend a client engagement meeting to determine timelines and goals of an audit.
• Research business trends in order to assist the team with professionally representing the company and potentially apply this knowledge to the client's solutions.
• Prepare accounting‑related reports through a paperless environment.
• Attend a technical training on Knowledge Coach (auditing software).

Typical Day in the Life

A typical day in the life of an Assurance Intern with Eide Bailly might include the following:

• Attend a client engagement meeting to determine timelines and goals of an audit.

Salary & Benefits

• Intern positions across our firm are paid between $25.00-$32.00/hour and are eligible for overtime.
• Interns are eligible for health insurance and 401(k) Profit Sharing.
