Assurance Experienced Manager, Accounting Advisory & Outsourcing

This role involves managing the full lifecycle of finance and accounting outsource engagements, including proposal development, staff oversight, final work review, and financial performance management. Responsibilities also include client relationship management, reporting, and financial consulting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of finance and accounting outsource projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Understand and utilize client technology packages supporting their finance functions.
  • Conduct discovery meetings, design tailored solutions, and determine project costs and profitability.
  • Provide technical advice on accounting issues, policies, and financial management.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, and support business development efforts.
  • Mentor and develop team members, oversee project management, and ensure timely billing.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
  • 7+ years of accounting experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • CPA certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office; experience with industry tools is a plus.
Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and business processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
