Job summary

Midway University is seeking a part-time Assistant Swim Coach to support a NAIA program. The role includes recruiting assistance, meet operations, practice planning and supervision, academic oversight, and eligibility compliance.

The successful candidate will drive a 15-passenger van and work with the Head Coach. A High School Diploma is required; Bachelor's Degree and prior coaching experience are desirable.

Qualifications

Primary responsibilities include assistance with recruiting, meet assistance, practice planning and supervision, academic supervision, eligibility compliance, and driving a 15-passenger van. Additional duties may be assigned by the Head Coach.High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree and prior coaching experience at the college or high school level is highly desirable. Ability to coach and recruit student-athletes is preferred. Background check and acceptable driving record required.
