Balfour Beatty US is seeking an Assistant Superintendent in Santa Ana, CA to assist the Superintendent by coordinating subcontractors and supervising laborers on the construction site, ensuring work aligns with plans and owner expectations.
You will monitor progress, productivity and costs per contract documents, support scheduling and project administration, and contribute to a safe, efficient jobsite while promoting customer relations and leadership development.
This role assists the Superintendent in coordinating subcontractors or supervises laborers and trade workers at the construction site. Monitors work performance, progress and productivity of subcontractors and laborers/craft workers. Assists in monitoring costs as specified in contract documents. Directly oversee the performance of workers completing all phases of construction to meet company standards and owner expectations.
The compensation for the Assistant Superintendent position is 100,000 - 120,000.
