Compensation

Our Assistant Managers enjoy a 4-part compensation package (based on a 50-hour work week):

1. Annual earnings of $42,900-$45,760 in hourly wage
2. Daily cash tip share (earn an additional $2,200-$7,800 and more!)
3. Assistant Manager bonus (earn an additional $1,560-$4,680 annually)

These three earning opportunities give a starting income potential of $46,660 - $58,240!

Qualifications

General job duties for all store team members:

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Communication skills: Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

Essential Skills

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination for rapid and accurate movements.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older, ready to have fun, and take pride in being the best shift manager west of the Mississippi.
