Job Summary

The Assistant General Restaurant Manager works under the direction of the Restaurant General Manager. The ARGM is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, assisting in implementing Church's initiatives and programs, and helping achieve financial sales and profitability goals, along with banking and administrative duties.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist the Restaurant General Manager in staff training and scheduling.
  • Help during high volume periods and ensure all paperwork is completed timely.
  • Analyze profit and loss statements and work towards sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and adhere to company policies and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and deliver high-quality products consistently.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
  • ServSafe food safety training is recommended.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
  • Availability to work at least 40 hours per week, including weekends.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to develop and coach team members and improve customer satisfaction.
