Summary

The Assistant Patient Care Manager is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of nursing operations, ensuring quality care for patients and their families. Oversees clinical care performed by assigned nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Education: Required: Graduate of state accredited nursing program. B.S.N. OR an Associates Degree with B.S.N. in process to be completed within two (2) years of initial enrollment date. Preferred: Masters in Nursing.
• Licensure/Certification: a) Current Florida RN license
  b) ACLS designation required for BMT, SCU, and Telemetry inpatient units
  c) Certification in area of specialty, required.
  d) Current provider designation in BCLS.
• Training/Experience: a) Minimum three (3) years nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting
  b) Demonstrated leadership experience preferred
  c) Oncology experience preferred.
• Additional Skills: Strong computer skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Advanced nursing skills; IV therapy, intervention with emergencies, teaching skills. Demonstrated competency in in-patient and out-patient best practices including patient care, technology, and processes.

Salary

Salary Range $108,492.80 - $165,422.40

Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role. Actual compensation may vary based on location and a variety of job-related factors, including experience, skills, education, and internal equity among Team Members in similar positions.
