MultiCare is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager in Tacoma, WA for a full-time Evening shift. You will supervise and coordinate patient care staff, ensuring high-quality services aligned with physician instructions and hospital policies.

The role blends administrative and clinical duties to improve unit performance. The position requires a WA RN license with BLS, a bachelor’s degree in nursing, and at least two years in a supervisory role; an MSN/NP track is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; RN with 15+ years may be considered in lieu of education agreement.
• Advanced Nursing degree (MSN/PhD/DNP/ARNP) preferred.
• WA Registered Nurse license or multi-state license endorsement required; BLS certification required.
• Two years of clinical experience in a supervisory or lead capacity; certification in clinical specialty preferred.
• Certification in clinical specialty preferred.

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $145,808.00 - $205,545.60 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
