University of South Carolina Beaufort (USCB) is seeking an Assistant Network Administrator to help design, implement and maintain a secure, high-performing network for our coastal university community. You will work with Aruba/Cisco gear, Windows Server and Linux environments to keep services running smoothly.

Working under the Senior Network Administrator, you will help manage DNS, Active Directory, and SQL Server resources while advancing strategic IT initiatives that support students,

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of enterprise network hardware and software (Aruba/Cisco).
• Experience with Windows Server 2016 or later and Linux.
• Familiarity with DNS, AD and SQL Server environments.

• Support routing, switching, wireless connectivity, and telephony across campuses.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Knowledge of network hardware and software – preferably Aruba/Cisco, Windows Server 2016 or later, and Linux.
• Knowledge of DNS, Active Directory, and enterprise database (e.g. SQL Server).
