We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Front Office who will ensure the highest levels of efficiency and guest satisfaction while maximizing room and related revenues.

In this role, you will assist the Front Office Manager in leading and managing the Front Office Department to deliver exceptional service to our guests and colleagues. You will be visible throughout the hotel, ensuring all areas are well-managed by the respective teams. You will also interact directly with guests, handling their complaints and inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Progressive experience in Front Office at a 5-star luxury property, with at least 2 years in a similar role
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Front Office systems and processes
  • Strong management and leadership skills
