Nimble is seeking an Assistant High School Football Coach to support the Beech Grove City Schools football program. The role involves assisting the head coach with practices, motivation, and instructional game strategies for student-athletes.

You will help communicate with athletes, coaches, and parents, foster life skills and positive character, and help monitor academic progress while upholding the school’s values and image.

Qualifications

• Past playing experience preferred.
• Past coaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organising the high school football program for Beech Grove City Schools.
• Assist with conducting practices, motivating students, and teaching game strategies and techniques.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, coaches, and parents.

General Responsibilities:

Position is responsible for assisting the head coach with organising the high school football program for Beech Grove City Schools. This position will assist with conducting practices, motivating students, and instructing student‑athletes in game strategies and techniques.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Effectively communicate with a diverse group of athletes, coaches, and parents

Provide football coaching while developing essential life skills and positive character

Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment for team members

Assist in the monitoring of academic progress of team members

Always represent the school and community in a positive light

Support the head coach in the implementation of her vision and goals for the Beech Grove High School Football Program
