Job summary

Fox Hollow Post Acute is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our long-term care team. The ADON will assist the Director of Nursing with daily nursing operations and staff supervision, ensuring high-quality resident care.

This leadership role focuses on regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and staff education to maintain excellent clinical standards and support a strong nursing team at our Brownsville, Texas facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility required.
• Prior nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinical documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
