Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring immediately for an XXX position. This role will support the Director in overseeing the operational needs of the facility and will serve as a liaison between the sector and the client to deliver the highest level of service.

Responsibilities include establishing standards, planning staffing, interviewing and hiring, inspections, coordinating with other departments, and managing major projects.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of additional relevant experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, intense drive, and initiative for quality and customer service.
• Ability to utilize a participative approach to managing staff, to function appropriately under stress, to organize and prioritize tasks, and to develop budgets with an understanding of facility needs.
• Excellent stress management, administrative and organizational, and follow-through skills.

Job Summary
