  • Proficiency in Python or similar for backend services and AI workloads, and TypeScript or React (or comparable frameworks) for frontend development

  • Hands-on experience with large language models in production, including retrieval-augmented generation, evaluations, and deployment
  • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, containerization, and the operational responsibilities that come with owning production services
  • Experience working with complex, real-world data sources including documents, contracts, and internal enterprise systems
  • Demonstrated product instinct with the ability to translate user needs into software decisions and clearly communicate technical tradeoffs to non-engineers
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently and serve as a strong collaborative teammate when appropriate
  • Deep expertise in artificial intelligence, with a track record of implementing advanced AI solutions to drive strategic transformation and operational efficiency. Strong experience using AI tools to lead innovation initiatives. Demonstrated leadership in managing AI-related risks, ensuring ethical governance, and fostering a culture of responsible AI adoption across the organization
