Job summary

TRG Management Company, LLLP is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations and ensure contractual obligations are met. You will guide leasing activities, manage tenant relations, and coordinate repairs and maintenance for a growing portfolio.

The role requires at least 2 years of apartment community management and leasing experience, with strong budgeting and analytical capabilities, plus excellent organizational and communication skills to serve residents

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing an apartment community and leasing.
• Experience with budgets and operational review/analysis.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities to meet contractual property management obligations.
• Manage tenant relations and coordinate repairs and maintenance requests.
• Provide prompt, accurate status reports on properties assigned.
