Friends University is seeking to fill the Part-Time Assistant Coach Cheer position in Wichita Kansas. This position will assist the Head Coach in all aspects of the Friends University intercollegiate competitive cheer program, as well as recruiting student athletes to support the Christian mission and values of Friends University and the NAIA Championships of Character.

Qualifications

Two years of coaching organized dance and choreography is preferred by not required.

Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s preferred.

Strong organization, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are required. Must be able to multi-task and be a part of a fast-paced demanding environment. Ability to maintain confidential information, strong time management and leadership development skills. Must be able to work in a variety of weather and able to lift a minimum of 35 pounds.
