Job summary

Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, Amarillo Campus, invites applications for an additional OB/Gyn faculty position. The successful candidate will provide both outpatient and inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal and surgical services, while actively participating in resident education and department initiatives.

We seek an MD/DO or equivalent with completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/Gyn residency and the ability to obtain Texas licensure.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or Equivalent.
• Completion of, or in the process of completing, an ACGME-accredited OB/Gyn Residency.
• Ability to obtain Texas License.
• Foreign Medical Graduates Only: ECFMG Certification or ORE Equivalency Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care including annual exams, prenatal care and gynecological procedures.
• Provide inpatient care including surgical services, labor and delivery and postpartum care.
• Participate in labor and delivery call schedule.
• Engage in quality improvement and patient care programs established by the department.
• Participate in the training of residents and medical students.

Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, Department ofObstetrics & Gynecology, Amarillo Campus is seeking anadditional OB/Gyn to join our Faculty Team.
