A Florida-based school district is seeking an Assistant for Student Nutrition to assist in preparing and serving meals while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have kitchen experience and strong customer service skills, working closely with students to encourage healthy eating habits. This is a full-time role located in Riverview, FL.

The Assistant 7 Hour Student Nutrition follows all Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Student Nutrition Services (SNS) guidelines and procedures. The Assistant 7 Hour Student Nutrition performs manual work in the preparation, serving and cashiering of federal reimbursable meals and a la carte foods to students and staff, under immediate supervision.
