  • Support Smart Working initiatives by managing desk and room booking systems, monitoring space utilization, maintaining guidelines and signage, and addressing employee questions and booking issues.
  • Collect occupancy data and employee feedback to identify opportunities to improve workspace utilization and the overall employee experience.
  • Assist the Director with office buildouts, including punch list management, vendor and contractor coordination, and related project support.
  • Support workplace health and safety, emergency preparedness, and evacuation procedures, including access control, safety supplies, signage, and contingency planning.
  • Partner with the Director on key workplace initiatives, process improvements, service delivery standards, and stakeholder engagement.

Build relationships with senior leadership, internal stakeholders, vendors, and business partners across the organization. Gain exposure to workplace technology, space planning, Smart Working strategies, and evolving workplace design initiatives. Take ownership of regional workplace programs, events, and service delivery improvements.
