Beacon Trust in Morristown, New Jersey is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager I to support senior advisors in the financial planning process. In this role, you will engage in client on-boarding, data management, and assist in preparing for client meetings, all while demonstrating professionalism and client service excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, or Business Administration and relevant experience in the financial industry, as well as excellent communication skills. This position offers a collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth.
Under general direction, this position’s role is to gain knowledge, practical experience and skills in handling all aspects of relationship management and financial planning. This is a professional position that supports the senior relationship managers and wealth strategists in the financial planning and relationship management process. Responsibilities will include data input into the financial planning software, client on-boarding and service requests, client meeting preparation and follow-up, and maintenance of related items in the firm’s CRM system.
The Associate Relationship Manager I will be partnered with a senior advisor, or multiple advisors, and their book of business. The incumbent will have the opportunity to participate on calls to gain an understanding of the client needs, relationship management & new business opportunities.
Work is mainly performed in a normal office environment. Noise levels usually are moderate.

$27.90 - $34.87 hourly.
Base pay may vary based on candidate’s skills and experience, job-related knowledge, education, geographic location, internal equity, and other business and organizational needs.
This role is incentive eligible based on company, business, and/or individual goal achievement and performance.
