Job summary

Iberia Foods is seeking an Associate, Warehouse (Picker) to accurately select and retrieve products for customer orders within our warehouse facility. You will use a picking list or RF scanner to ensure order accuracy and efficient fulfillment.

This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working with pallets and RF technology. Prior warehouse experience and a high school diploma are preferred to join our team.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders from inventory using a picking list or RF scanner.
• Ensure accuracy of picked items, quantities, and product codes.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety guidelines.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding discrepancies.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
