Iberia Foods in Orlando, FL is seeking a reliable Associate, Warehouse to handle receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products. You will help ensure accurate inventory handling and safe operation of warehouse equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and unload incoming shipments, verify quantities against orders and note discrepancies.
• Inspect products for quality and integrity on arrival and before shipment.
• Store products in designated locations with proper rotation and organization.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (forklift, pallet jack).
• Pick and pack customer orders according to procedures with accuracy.
• Prepare outgoing shipments (labeling, staging, loading).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
• Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management.

The Associate, Warehouse plays a vital role in the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing a variety of tasks related to receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying quantities against purchase orders and identifying any discrepancies or damages.
• Inspect products for quality and integrity upon arrival and prior to shipment.
• Accurately store products in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
• Operate various warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (certification may be required).
• Pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging for transport.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, staging, and loading onto trucks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) frequently.
• Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) is a plus; willingness to be trained and certified.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of inventory control principles.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
