Primary Responsibilities

The Associate, Warehouse Operations (Unloader) plays a vital role in ensuring accurate, efficient, and proper receiving and shipment preparation to meet customer needs. Responsibilities include operating warehouse equipment, managing inventory, receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping, all with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Shift Details

• Start time: 1:00 AM
• Days: Monday to Friday

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay: $22.85/hour, with potential to grow after 60 days
• Differentials: Cooler $1.00, Freezer $1.50
• Benefits after 30 days include health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, sick leave, disability coverage, ESOP, and holiday pay

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, day and overnight shifts

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in food distribution or warehouse environment
• Experience operating powered warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and safety awareness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with warehouse management systems (preferred)

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift and carry 30-40 pounds repeatedly, and larger items up to 75 pounds occasionally. Must stand, walk, climb, and sit as needed in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
