Primary Responsibilities

The role involves ensuring accurate and efficient receiving and shipment preparation, operating warehouse equipment, managing inventory, and performing tasks like receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping, all emphasizing safety, quality, and teamwork.

Shift Details

• Start Time: 9 AM
• Shift: Monday-Friday
• Initial Pay: $20.75/hour
• Growth Opportunity after 60 days: $22/hour + quarterly bonus

Essential Functions

• Maintain attendance per company policies
• Follow safe work practices
• Safeguard confidential information
• Match product and label descriptions
• Build pallets to meet guidelines
• Maintain standards, minimize errors, maximize efficiency
• Perform other warehouse duties and projects
• Participate in continuous improvement activities

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Availability for weekends, holidays, day and overnight shifts

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in food distribution or warehouse environment
• Experience operating powered warehouse equipment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow safety practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift, move, and carry 30-40 pounds repeatedly and larger items up to 75 pounds occasionally. Must be able to stand, walk, climb, and sit in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.
