We are hiring for a Warehouse/Delivery driver to do pickups and deliveries to warehouses. This is a Monday to Thursday, 5 AM - 330PM.

Primary Responsibilities
The Warehouse & Delivery Associate is responsible for operating powered industrial trucks, loading and securing products for delivery, and ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and delivery logistics. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and excellent communication skills. Essential Functions
DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate powered industrial trucks such as reach forklifts and hand jacks to handle product movement.
- Accurately stage, stack, shrink-wrap, and inventory materials on the loading dock.
- Configure loads efficiently, ensuring maximum cube utilization and proper stop sequencing.
- Load and secure products onto delivery trucks to prevent damage during transit.
- Select, stack, and prepare pallets for shipment while scanning data into the system.
- Ensure all non-food items, such as pallet jacks and display racks, are loaded as required.
- Plan delivery routes for timely distribution and ensure trailer hitch is securely attached.
- Transport goods safely, obtain necessary signatures, and confirm deliveries with clients.
- Communicate with dispatch and report any issues or delays promptly.
- Maintain the vehicle by refueling, checking tire pressure, and scheduling repairs as needed.
- Keep accurate records of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance.
- Follow all company policies, traffic laws, and safety regulations.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy packages.
- Ability to communicate well with internal customers and management
Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid Class B commercial driver's license required.
- 6+ months of driving a tractor-trailer or large truck a plus.
- Clean driving record with no moving violations.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment, such as electric lifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks a plus.
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Previous experience operating powered industrial equipment (i.e., forklift, pallet jacks, stock pickers, etc.).
- OSHA Forklift Certification strongly preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The associate is required to sit. The associate is frequently required to stand, walk, and climb. While performing the duties of this position, the associate is subject to a warehouse environment where temperatures can vary from very cool to very warm. The associate is also exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise levels in the work environment are typically low to moderate.
