Job summary

Minaris Advanced Therapies is seeking a Warehouse Receiver to manage internal deliveries and related paperwork on site in Philadelphia, PA. The role supports shipping as needed and ensures accurate documentation and inventory control.

You will work in a fast-paced warehouse, perform duties per SOPs, and adapt to occasional overtime, holidays, and cross-department tasks while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pick tickets to internal labs in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist with shipping as needed and handle receiving documentation.
• Unloads and inspects deliveries, maintains warehouse housekeeping.
• Process receiving paperwork and update relevant systems.
• Communicate delivery/receiving status to stakeholders.
• May work holidays, weekends or overtime as required.
• Contribute to department goals and stay compliant with SOPs.

Position Summary

Performs all aspects of receiving and internal deliveries to end users.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Delivers pick tickets to internal labs.
• Responds to receiving, delivery requests in a timely and professional manner. May help with Shipping as needed.
• Contacts vendors to retrieve proper quality documentation such as: Certificate of Analysis.
• Participates in End of Month (EOM) inventory.
• Unloads receiving trucks as needed.
• Signs for delivery after inspection dependent on condition upon arrival.
• Handles all system receiving and paperwork processing.
• Physically inspects all deliveries.
• May participate in preparing shipping paperwork with accuracy, as well as completes shipping transaction in appropriate system (UPS etc.) as needed.
• Communicates status of delivery/receiving activities to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain housekeeping of warehouse.
• Assists other warehouse employees as needed.
• Performs other duties as required.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently as required.
• Maybe required to work Holidays and weekends.
• Maybe required to work Overtime.
• Contributes to the overall operations and to the achievement of departmental goals
• Perform job specific tasks in compliance with applicable Regulations, International Standards, and Minaris Advanced Therapies Policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Thorough understanding of Good Laboratory Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices
• Other duties as assigned
• May be required to assist in other departments

Knowledge, Skills & Ability

• Proficient in Oral & Written communication skills
• Need to be able to read, write and understand English
• Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Education & Experience

• 1 year relevant experience
• High school diploma

• Ensure compliance with all FDA and Worldwide Quality & Compliance regulations in all aspects of your work.
• Adhere to established procedures and protocols, prioritize continuous training and skill development, and uphold the highest standards of data integrity to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.

Onsite Employees

Employee will work with moderate noise level. Employee will perform tasks while experiencing numerous interruptions. Employee may travel by car and airplane to work at different locations and may occasionally be required to travel overnight. The work environment is fast paced. This position has the utmost responsibility for compliance with the rules and regulations regarding a safe and healthy work environment relative to their actions and conduct. Off‑shift, weekend and overtime duties may be required. While performing the job duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use English written and oral communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work in an office environment with minimal noise conditions.
• Must be able to work in environment with variable noise levels
• Ability to stand /sit/walk for long periods of time
• Ability to perform heavy physical work, lifting up to 65 pounds.
