Job summary

Baxter Healthcare in Skaneateles, NY is hiring an Order Packer Shipper II. In this fast-paced warehouse role you will receive, sort, store, inventory, and ship products with a focus on accuracy and safety.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, willingness to work overtime on short notice, and basic computer skills. Overtime and a Power Industrial Vehicle experience are valued. Standard hours are Mon-Fri, 2:45pm–11pm, with up to 40 lb lifts.

Qualifications

• A High School degree or equivalent is required.
• Warehouse experience is preferred.
• Able and willing to work overtime on short notice, demonstrates good judgment, and can balance multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
• Desired: Power Industrial Vehicle experience.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• In the Warehouse, you will operate under the supervision of a manager or group leader.
• Primarily responsible for receiving, sorting, storing, taking inventory, keeping records and organizing for the shipping of products stored in warehouse.
• Employees are responsible for kitting finished goods, processing, packaging and shipping orders accurately.
• Responsible for inspecting products for defects, damages, and organizing and maintaining inventory.
• Employees should abide by all safety rules, provide ideas on improvement opportunities and work to keep the warehouse clean and organized.
