Job summary

The Peggy Browning Fund seeks an Associate Wage & Hour Attorney in Kingston, NY to join a National Class & Collective Action Practice. You will work on civil wage-and-hour cases with a dedicated team, including a lead attorney, paralegal, and data analyst, with opportunities to grow and balance professional and personal life.

Qualifications

• Bar admission in NY or another state (or pending).

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of civil litigation.
• Interview clients and potential witnesses.
• Conduct legal research.
• Draft pleadings, discovery demands and responses, and motions.
• Review and analyze discovery responses and production.

  • Base salary of $85,000–$101,436, depending on experience
