Humana is executing a 3-5 year, $8+ billion global transformation to a Global Business Services (GBS) model. We are seeking an Executive Transition Leader to drive seamless transitions of business functions into GBS, ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiencies, and business continuity. As a key leader in this transformation, the Executive Transition Leader will develop and execute transition strategies, engage with C-suite stakeholders, and oversee the structured integration of business operations into the GBS framework. This role is responsible for managing complex, large-scale transitions while minimizing disruption and maximizing value realization.

Pay Range: The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$184,800 - $254,100 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
